The clients engaged my services to reconfigure the long thin space to make it more tailor made to their lifestyle, they wanted interesting smaller areas with lots of colour and texture.
The Turkish tiles on the backsplash of the open-plan Kitchen, which the clients had sourced from their travels, were the starting point for the schemes in the main living areas– with the lovely bright turquoises and reds. We followed this through in the hallway, this was a dark windowless space so we brightened it up with lighting and turquoise panelling. The clients wanted fun quirky bathrooms with colour and life and a playful room for their daughter.
