Our Products

The images of the Products on Our Site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the Products. Your Products may vary slightly from those images.

Every effort has been made to ensure that the specification and description of all Products is correct on our website. If you have any queries regarding the specification of Products please contact us at hello@elizabethhaydesign.com. before placing your order to request further information. We will endeavour where possible to provide you with more detailed information.

Please note that many of our products are hand-crafted, intricate or antique pieces, and each piece may vary from another and such variations add to the uniqueness and character of our Products. These variations or differences do not constitute grounds for refund or return under these Terms and Conditions or any other agreement between us. Antique items are as found, with wear and tear in accordance with their age. Any notable damage we will mention in the descriptions. You must obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action on the basis of the content on our site. Although we make reasonable efforts to update the information on our site, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on our site is accurate, complete or up-to-date.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched as soon as possible but if you require expedited delivery please contact us at hello@elizabethhaydesign.com.

Orders take up to 15 working days to arrive and are sent either by recorded delivery (up to 15 working days) or with DHL (3-5 working days).

If you are ok with a slower delivery time and would prefer us to use a alternative delivery option at a reduced rate, please do get in touch with us and we can get a quote.

If you want to place an order for a large number of shades (over 5 pieces) please do get in touch and we will try to get you the best rates available for this larger shipment. We try not to pack too many shades into one box to avoid damaging them.

Local Orders

If you live in Singapore we charge a flat fee of £15 for delivery or free delivery over $500. If you would like to collect from our design studio please do get in touch to arrange a time at  hello@elizabethhaydesign.com.

International Orders

We ship internationally. If your country is not recognised at the checkout then please do get in touch with us for a bespoke quote.

Loss and Damages

We ensure that we wrap all items securely to minimise the possibility of breakages. With the environment in mind please do note that we try to recycle packaging where possible so don’t be surprised if your items arrived in pre used packaging and boxes! If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the specified time please contact us at hello@elizabethhaydesign.com. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, or if your order cannot be met or delivered within the specified time, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.

Returns and Exchanges

You can return your order for a full refund within 28 days. However, you must take reasonable care of the item/s and return them in the exact good condition in which they were delivered to you. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the return item from your address.

Sale items are returnable within 14 days after receipt in return for a full refund. Sale items returned within 14-28 days after receipt will be exchanged for a credit note.

To cancel your order you must advise us by writing to us at hello@elizabethhaydesign.com. All parcels are sent back at your own risk. We advise using recorded delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it.

Please note: We only accept the return of items if sent back in original unused condition; we reserve the right to reject items that are returned in what we consider to be an unsaleable condition.Please send returns to:
