SCOPE
A soft furnishings project for a historical colonial Black and White House in Singapore. The clients wanted a classic yet fresh interior that was sympathetic to the architecture and surroundings. The house is surrounded with greenery and jungle and we wanted to keep a tropical feel throughout the interiors.
DESIGN
The house has a colonial feel, which we wanted to retain and embraced with the soft furnishings. The house has a very layered and eclectic feel, reflecting the owners’ lifestyle and travels. This was achieved by deploying antique textiles, a collection of vintage and antique art and objects, and mixing periods and styles in a comfortable, relaxed manner.
