Comprehensive renovation, reconfigure work and soft furnishings
DESIGN
The apartment had to reflect the clients international backgrounds, they wanted it to be modern and clean yet cozy with some pops of colour. We completely gutted the old apartment and reconfigured the layout. We added an entry hall and created a much larger kitchen and master bathroom. The kitchen is internal so we custom made steel arched windows looking out into the dining area to let in natural light. The apartment is scattered with Anglo-Indian antiques and we had the kitchen island and master four poster bed hand carved out of solid teak.
